Imaging recource: Two Minute Tips: How to get creative with different bokeh shapes

This week’s episode of Two Minute Tips with David Bergman is all about bokeh. Did you know that the term “bokeh” comes from a Japanese word meaning blur or haze? To get circular bokeh, you should use a fast lens with its lowest f-number, such as f/1.4 or f/1.8. When you stop down the aperture, you can see the shape of the aperture diaphragm of your lens. You can even create your own shape of bokeh by placing a certain shape over the front of your lens. This can be done by cutting your own shapes out of something like construction...
