Imaging recource: Nauticam unveils underwater housing for Atomos Shogun 4K recorder/monitor

    Underwater housing manufacturer Nauticam has announced a new enclosure for Atomos Shogun’s 10-bit, 4K recorder/monitor. Released back in November of 2014, and touted as one of the go-to methods for capturing 4K streams from cameras such as Sony’s A7S and Panasonic’s GH4, the Atomos Shogun can now take its talents to South Beach. Or, more precisely, to the beach itself, with the help of Nauticam’s housing. Weighing just over 5 lbs (2.3 kg) and capable of depths down to 60m (~197 feet), the housing is designed from the ground up...
