DPReview: Sony RX100 IV compact shoots 4k, uses a stacked sensor

The Sony RX100 series of compacts has gained quite a bit of notoriety for squeezing a relatively large sensor into a small compact. The RX100 IV continues that tradition and uses Sony’s next generation of sensor, a stacked 20.1MP 1-inch Exmor RS CMOS sensor, coupled with an attached DRAM memory chip for speedy processing.
