Imaging recource: Patent shows Canon might be entering into the drone market

A new patent from Canon shows off the schematics for what could be its first endeavor into drone territory. Filed back in November of 2013, the patent lays out the basic premise of how the drone would move and operate. Specifically, the patent points out how the drone would position itself using GPS coordinates and altimeter, and adjust the image being captured by panning and tilting the onboard camera.
