Olympus’ numbers for this quarter have been released, and after a few years of red, the Japanese company is finally seeing green. Olympus’ camera devision amassed an operating profit of 1.1 billion yen (approximately US$8.8 million) this past quarter, a massive improvement considering a year ago the numbers showed a 1.9 billion yen (approximately US$15.2 million) loss.
