Imaging recource: Always dreaming about gear? See out how much camera gear this photographer took to Kentucky

This Saturday marked the 143rd running of the historic Kentucky Derby and the odds-on favorite Always Dreaming crossed the finish first. Veteran photographer and Nikon Ambassador Bill Frakes was there to capture all the action. He brought with him nearly 50 Nikon DSLR cameras, including Nikon D500, D810 and D5 bodies and dozens of lenses, including many exotic supertelephoto primes in addition to an array of shorter zooms and wide angle optics.
