The YI 4K+ is capable of shooting, as the name hints at, 4K with a frame rate up to 60fps, while it can shoot still images at 12MP (including support for raw shooting). There's also electronic image stabilisation, 2.2-inch retina touchscreen and great Wi-Fi connectivity. 

Only downside there isn't a waterproof case or mounts included, but these can be purchased separately.
