As promised, DxOMark has continued to work on their medium format sensor reviews. Recently, they reviewed the Hasselblad X1D. Next up is the Pentax 645Z. The Pentax 645Z may be long in the tooth, having been released in June of 2014, but that doesn't mean that the 51-megapixel medium format sensor is outdated. The 43.8 x 32.8 millimeter sensor, which has the same specs as the sensor found in the Hasselblad X1D and Fujifilm GFX 50S, is 1.7 times larger than a full-frame sensor and it shows in the test results.
