Last year, Rokinon launched their SP series for Canon full-frame cameras with the SP 14mm f/2.4 and SP 85mm f/1.2, two distinctly fast prime lenses. This year, they kicked things off with the autofocus 14mm f/2.8 and now they're following with the SP 50mm f/1.2 standard prime. While not equipped with autofocus, the SP 50mm f/1.2 employs numerous advanced optical technologies including aspherical and high refractive lens elements.
