In addition to announcing the rangefinder-styled GFX 50R, Fujifilm also announced today at Photokina the development of the GFX 100, a 100-megapixel medium format mirrorless camera. Sporting a new magnesium alloy body with a fixed-grip design -- much like that of a Canon 1D X II or Nikon D5 -- the Fuji GFX 100 offers a load of never-before-seen features for a medium format camera.
