After an extended wait, fans of deranged cartoon Rick and Morty have finally been rewarded with the show releasing a new batch of episodes this May. Having gone off-air at the end of 2019, the show has returned to help us get through what's hopefully the final days of Covid-19 lockdown. Since then, it graduated from its original cult status and grown to a show that counts the likes of Taika Waititi, Elon Musk and Liam Cunningham as some of its guest stars.

Not bad going for a drunken mad scientist and his naive 14-year-old grandson, really? For anyone totally new to the show, those are the titular characters of Rick and Morty, respectively.
